By registering for Crop Share you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. You will be able to control your subscription in the “My Account” portion of this site. To skip a week, make arrangements 3 business days or more before the pick up date to receive a full refund or credit. Failure to do so will forfeit that week’s share. If you need to change your selections with less than 3 days before pick up, please contact cropshare@nallsproduce.com as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed less than 3 business days out, but Nalls staff will be as accommodating as possible. By registering, you also agree to pay the above total monthly on an automatic renewal basis, unless you alter your membership in the “My Account” portion of the site. If your auto-renewal payment fails, your payment will be automatically retried. If your payment repeatedly fails, a Nalls team member will contact you to update your payment method. All Crop Share purchases online will earn Nice Neighbor rewards points, though they will take a few extra processing days. Pro-rating of any more than two pick-ups disqualifies you from any bonus offers or promotions. I agree and understand all of the information, as indicated by continued participation.
