Skip A Pick Up

Need to skip a week of pickups for vacation? No problem! Here’s what you do:

Fill out the request form below for the weekend you will not be participating. The request must be made by Tuesday at noon before the skipped date to receive credit.  No need to log in to place a skip request. Pickups are Friday 3pm-6:30pm and Saturday 9am-4pm. Swap is only available during these posted pickup hours.

You will receive an automatic email confirming your selected skip dates and your next month’s payment will be prorated to reflect the skipped box.

Emergency requests must be made directly by email to cropshare@nallsproduce.com and will be evaluated on a case by case basis. On the bi-weekly schedule and want to shift a pick up rather than skip it? Shoot us an email to cropshare@nallsproduce.com and we will be happy to work with you.

If you have any trouble with it, please email cropshare@nallsproduce.com for any skip/donation requests and we will work with you to capture your request and apply credit for any month(s) skips. Please let us know in the email if you would prefer to donate your box from skipped week(s) to Rising Hope rather than receive a credit. **
